NATIONAL FASTING CHALLENGE
An opportunity to experience a fast for a day or if you feel adventurous the entire monthEvery year 3.4 million British Muslims partake in fasting in the holy month of Ramadan. Like last year, you can join in with us to reap the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of fasting. We are welcoming participants to offer a one day fast, five day fast or more. You decide what you feel you can handle!
Share your experience on social media with the hashtags #TheBigIftar and #NationalFastingChallenge.
Click on “Sign Up Now” below to sign up for the challenge and to receive the rules & guidelines on how to observe a fast according to Islam. You will have the option to join a private members Facebook or LinkedIn group for support.
The following are not permitted to participate in the challenge: one who is travelling, one who is sick, one who needs to take medication, one who has a vaccination appointment or a pregnant female.

Yes you can register for each of the 5 events of The Big Iftar.
You will receive details about how to join the virtual event via email as soon as you register and reserve a spot. Simply click on the link and it will open up the YouTube live stream. You can also cast this on to your Smart TV YouTube app.

Yes. You must have the following Vaccinations: Double + Booster.
If you are not vaccinated, then you are required to have a negative result from a Lateral Flow Test, taken 24hrs prior to the event.
